Some nice and even go extra mile for u. But majority are judgmental and rude and not flexible or compassionate :/ if we had a choice maybe be nicer but most stuck cuz court assigns us there for community service..

I find the majority of those there very rude, judgemental and condescending and would never chose to be affiliated with them especially pay them my hard earned money to be treated worse then a dog.

NO STARS: I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. When I arrived, I was lectured how the court would dismiss my case and the information that I was providing to them was inaccurate. I pulled out my smart phone to show the battle ax my emails from my attorney regarding what was required and the situation, I was immediately told to step out of the lobby at the same time pointing to a posting that stated no cell phones in the office (or something like that).I attempted to explain what I was doing but was cut off by the individual. Short story is that you are guilty and a convict. It's a racket with personnel having low education and horrific skills at people management. They provide no respect to the client and should have extensive oversight by the Oregon Health Authority. The problem with them is the venue, no respect to the individual and refuse to listen. Thank god I found a real program.

In my opinion they don't deserve even one star. They are unprofessional, rude in it for the money people/business. They are money grubbers for the so-called justice system. There is no listening to the client and no counseling. They make sure that they set the customers up for as many classes as possible for their partners in this scam.

Ok so first off. They only want your money. They charge through the roof for "help". THEY MOCKED MY WIFE IN FRONT OF HER FOR ASKING A FUCKING QUESTION! If you're on any kind of position of authority in counciling you should know better than to kick the wounded when their down. I would NEVER suggest this place to anybody. Worst business in Salem.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did you leave feeling satisfied with your visit?
No, I left with more problems than I came with!
