i wish i could give 0 stars,but you have to choose at least 1--Absolutely horrible!

i have left 5 messages to date for a prescription request because they prescribed me a medication that is NO LONGER MADE and i need a replacement prescription.

the pharmacy has also called it in 3 times in the last month or so and they have not gotten a response either.

i just hung up now and the chick i talked to had the radio so loud i could barely hear her and i said i need to make sure if i leave another message that i will get a response and she said she cant tell me if i will get a response - wtf??

they scheduled appoints for 8:45 in the am, but no providers show up til at least 9. and theres 1 dr and 5 people scheduled for 8:45 and you do wait at least an hour or more.

along with the other posts here i too have had many problems with billing. i have a few hundred dollar credit on my account and still have not been given the money back and this is going on 6 months.

as soon as i get my money back and i get my prescription refilled i will be leaving this very poorly run office
