I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in.

They mean well but drop the ball so many times. They charge way too much for their services. Ive heard they try to get people to stay longer so they can make more money but thats like alot of places out there maybe?

There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I was kind of annoyed with the chair they gave me to sit in during our session. It wasn't very comfortable at all. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

No, I was afraid they were going to forget something important
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
