I took my puppy there for his fist shots that was fine but for being a puppy and never been checked I thought that the vet would check him and that didn't happen. I didn't know anything about shots or time frames for certain shots and he received the first parvo and they didn't tell me he needed the next shot within three weeks. Needless to say he has to start all over.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. Th One of the first things I noticed when we walked in was how filthy the entire building was. It didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. I didn't feel like they listened to any of my input or concerns. They just told me what to do and that was it. . They didn't explain the risks and benefits of my pet's treatment as thoroughly as I was hoping they would. I wish they had given me more information. VERRY RUDE PEOPLE HERE, DO NOT COME HERE!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
