They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They have a large parking area with a lot of room for turning trailers. Their primary concern is the safety and comfort of your horse, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The next time my pet gets sick, there’s no way I’d ever bring them anywhere else. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pet. They are always very concerned and respond quickly to calls and arriave as quickly as possible when there is an emergency at the farm.
