I would highly recommend this Vet. Dr. Nicole Trakas is the best. She is new to the practice but she has been taking excellent care of my pets for 8 years. She explains everything clearly and in detail. Even though it is a 1/2 hour drive for me, it is worth it to have the best care for my dogs.

I don't know where these vets got there licenses they have always heart my dog when I go there but this was the last straw . The sub vet was in and she cut my poor dogs to nail so short he has been unable to eat and in so much pain thank god I had some pain meds left for him . so when Watson returned to day I brought him straight in cause this can cause not only great pain it can lead to infection and he should be put on an antibiotic . So she had such and attitude with me and my dog and my mom was there to help with him . She man handled him picked him up off the table so quick and put him on the floor like she didn't believe me and when se did see how he couldn't walk right her attitude changed some . But she gave me what I wanted for him but get this she cut his pain meds in half from what her main assistant told me and I did go straight to another vet to get established and they spent a half hr with me and said he can have up to THREE pain pill a day if needed . We need to get the pain under control he is hardly eating . So I don't know what she is thinking but I wouldn't trust her or her vets she gets in there . I am so happy I went to the dr I planed on a long time a go he and his wife are great and there in Trinity right of little rd . And there so attentive and its not all about money and you can trust the care there he has been practicing for a long time ..

I really appreciated how gentle and careful they were with my pets. They considered my pet's injuries, and made sure that they didn't add to any pain that my pet was in. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Every time I'm put on hold here I assume it must be due to another pet owner having an even bigger crisis, A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. The Doc and the people she employs are wonderful, caring people. I'm do glad they are located right outside of our neighborhood!
