I am a new owner of a French Bulldog. She came to me with some issues like worms and cacciatore which I had no idea about. All I knew were the systems! Diarrhea and a horrible smell. They provided immediate service at a lower price then I could find in town and more information than I was looking for. Their vets were extremely knowledgeable and they even had a vet that has a frenchie which is not normal for our area. I love this place. They provided free trails of worming meds, food and when they didn’t give me enough dosages to cover the time frame they covered it. All of the staff are knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer they find out. I love this place! I found the vet for my frenchie!!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Dr. Stewart returned my call during weekend hours regarding a question I had about recent surgery my cat had, and was very helpful.

I was extremely disappointed with how my appointment went. I felt like they gave my pet more problems than it had when we arrived. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I was so frustrated with how long they made me and my pet wait in the waiting room. My pet needed to be seen right away, and we spent hours in the waiting room. My pet had an emergency recently and I needed to get a hold of them right away, but I couldn't. I didn't know what to do or who I could reach to help us, and I couldn't believe how unreliable they were. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.
