Wonderful caring Doctor. He performed two major surgeries on one of my cats and was the doctor for 4 of my cats. He has cared for my family for the last 14 yrs.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are by far the most respectful, courteous veterinarian I've ever met. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

The Doctor and the staff are very uncaring. My puppy unexpectently died and I took him there to be cremated, as that was my puppy's doctor. The staff was incompetent and tried to charge me more then I was quoted on the phone for the cremation. I was upset and crying, and no compassion was shown for my loss. I will no longer use this Vet for my pets. They deserve better service.
