Their head vet surgeon, Dr. Loren Brandt, had his license suspended by Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs in May 2021 for having 10 animal carcasses (5 dogs, 4 cats, and a horse) unburied on his personal property. The smell alerted locals and he was giving misdemeanor charges and fines for improperly burying animals. THIS WAS THE VET WHO DID A SIMPLE SPAYING ON MY CAT, and my CAT DIED!!! Because it is so cliche, I rarely say it, but...W T F!!!!

In 2010 The Niles Township Fire Department asked him to stop burning a horse carcass because of noxious fumes, but he resumed burning the deceased animal the next day.

Loren Brandt is NOT a good guy.

That veterinarian should NOT be practicing!

They have a receptionist who 3 out of 3 times I called makes you hold 100% of the time you call. What's the point of having a receptionist if they never answer your calls?
