I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
