Horrible!! My 10lb chihuahua/papillon mix got into some cherries/cherry pits (I know, my fault... trust me, I know), but I wasn't sure if she actually ate any. I looked it up online and every site I found said the pits are toxic. I called the Pet Emergency Clinic to find out what to do. They "consulted" with the on-call vet and told me they were not toxic and the sites I found were not reliable. I then looked up the Pet Poison Helpline and they too said the pits were toxic. I called Pet Emergency Clinic back and they again told me they aren't toxic. I then called VMSG, who promptly told me they were toxic and to bring her in, which of course I did. They induced vomiting and she threw up 3 pits! My dog could have died. I will NEVER go to Pet Emergency Clinic... ever! VMSG all the way...they may be a bit pricier, but your pets health is worth it! (PS: The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't post this without putting any... they get none!)
