They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. As soon as I saw how old and outdated their equipment was, I wanted to take my pet and leave right away. I didn't feel comfortable having my pet be treated with ancient equipment. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me.
