Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One thing I really love about them is how easy it is to get an appointment. I never have to worry that they won't be able to see my pet right away. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
