This man is a disaster. He has an incredibly violent temper, is rude, obnoxious, out of control. I would not trust him with a goldfish!

A NEGATIVE 100 WOULD BE TOO MANY FOR BART!!! ASk ANY BREEDER OR SHOWER NEAR RICHMOND, HE HAS THE WORST REPUTATATION WITH THEM!! My breeder warned me he suggested and did palate surgeries on every bulldog he saw but I liked him and never planned on doing a palate surgery. However, 9 yrs ago he did one on Sampson Vallee, breeder Butchers Bulldogs, pat Butcher....without my authorization while doing cherry eye surgery. He broke stiches open innhis throat while pulling his breathing tube, then left Sammie laying back there while he saw patients for over an hoiur, HYPOTHERMIC. ARRYTHMIC, HEMORRHAGING AND DEHYDRATED....Only when Sammie was 2 seconds from death did he call us and transfer to VRCC, the hospital here... The Vet there suggest we sue him, we swore we wouldnt say a word as long as God saved Sammie, now sammie has died, only after 8 yrs of seizures, liver damage from seizure meds, etc... from the oxygen loss and trauma that BART MILLER CAUSED!!! HE WILL KILL OTHERS!!!!!

In the past he has cared for our English Bulldogs and our experience has been great. He knows bulldogs and knows how to take proper care of them.
