I was a client at Falconbridge since 2009. I recently bounced a check and they did not recommend me to adopt a new dog. I don't know any of the employees since a fire caused them to shut down. All the employees are new to me. I have not experienced the treatment I was used to. Since when does having a late payment mean you're not a good pet owner.
I will never return to Falconbridge again.
