I've been utlitizing the services of this facility for 2 years. They are always very personable and my dog loves them too! I moved off of beachside and had requested that my records be transferred to a vet in Palm Bay. Because my dog started suffering badly from allergies this week, I needed a new prescription and the new vet refused without an office visit. Despite the fact that all the history for my dog indicated that he has been allergy ridden since birth, they refused. And I could not take time off of work to schedule an appt during their hours. So I went directly to the IVH and they very promptly took care of me and were totally compassionate about helping my dog get relief ASAP. I will no longer be returning to the other vet and will gladly drive the extra distance for their great service.
