I've been a customer for 40 years. Never had a problem. The doctor's Haverstick and Furman were always attentive and great with my pets. I recently called to ask if there was some type of payment plan that could be worked out due to having a stray that needed spaying, getting a new kitten and needing my two old cats check-ups and shots. The receptionist was rude and condescending before I could even explain my predicament. She interrupted and told me to go to a bank and take out a loan. Then she proceeded to almost make fun of me for asking for a slight break due to being a long term customer. I should have spoken to one of the doctor's directly; however if she is the first person that people speak to when calling this business I can't imagine that they will have many more new customers.

On Friday I brought my cat into Dr. Haverstick. His leg needed to be amputated (caught in farm machinery) and I was a wreck. He met me at the office, and Hank Jr. was in the hospital for three nights. When I picked him up yesterday? He was clean, freshly bathed and his incision and stitches perfect. He was running up and down stairs and eating like a horse. Best vet a gal could ask for. LOVE YOU PARK. :)
