I have been rescuing pets for 16 yrs & visited many vets. I have been to Harborside infrequently & not stayed as the location is inconvenient. I have always been very happy with the care I received & the prices. My vet (a retired partner from Harborside) just retired...again & AGAIN was directed back to Harborside by a fellow rescuer. I am so happy! I could write paragraphs re the quality of care, the personal attention (a vet on the phone w knowledge of ALL my charts), the prices, professionalism, promp service & understanding my needs too! I wish I could find a fam dr as great as them! Thank you, Dr Eisel & Dr Goreman!

How am I to trust you with THE most important things in my life, who can't speak for themselves, when you so blatantly treat ME with such lack of empathy and compassion...goodbye....wish I had the ability to make each of your clients feel the way you made me feel...because I guarantee...you would most certainly be out of business!!! KARMA!!!

overprice and antiquated facility. There are definitely much better vet clinics in naples with modern up to date equipment. Also, Dr. Marsh/March? is rude and doesn't care about the wellfare of the animals, at least in my case. Left my dog there for 4 days in their boarding facility, and my dog ending up looking sicking and emaciated. I found out that the totally disregarding my feeding instructions and did not even use the special food that I had provided. Totally unprofessional and rude staff. Go somewhere else.
