They were ready for my pet and me right after we arrived. We spent less than ten minutes in the waiting room. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that they were very caring and compassionate.
