We have been taking our pets to Dr. Troy for almost 10 years. All of our family members take their pets to him, and he is absolutely fantastic. He stays on top of all current treatments and procedures in order to provide the best care possible for his patients.

When our 15-year-old cat, Cleopatra, got very sick last Thanksgiving and had to be put to sleep, Dr. Troy came to our home on Thanksgiving Day. He left his own home and family to come and take care of her here, where she could be with her family. Losing Cleo was a terrible thing, but, having him walk us through what was going with her as he anesthetized her, so that we knew she was suffering no pain or discomfort, made it a lot easier to handle than just leaving her at a vet's office as I have had to do with previous pets.

Dr. Troy and his entire staff are a group of kind and very loving people who treat both the pets and owners with great concern and respect, and we will continue to use him and refer others to him as long as he is practicing.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always listen very carefully to all of my input and concerns. All my pet's treatment decisions are made collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I found their building within a matter of seconds, and I didn’t get lost on the way there once. The directions they gave me were very clear and accurate. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are one of the best veterinarians I've ever seen, and I think they're one of the best veterinarians in existence. I know I couldn't find better service or care anywhere else. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
