My dog became ill and I took him to Florida Veterinary Referral Center & 24 Hour Emergency and Critical Care, Inc.
After four nights stay in the hospital and two other visits, this location did not give a diagnosis and No answers to what might be the cause of his illness. There were many tests and repeat ultra sounds. No x-rays were taken. They encouraged me to have the dog remain in the hospital. I feel they intentionally ran up a $3400.00 bill with no answers! IE, the charge for one insulin injection was $175.00. I feel that my dog may have died if I didn't choose to go to a different Clinic.

I had no other choice but to go to "another Veterinary Clinic" and immediately felt that my dog was in good hands. The tests that were ran were ran after consideration of the symptoms. Free x-ray, tested for a disease that the symptoms suggested. They went on to check his past history and readjust his food and meds. The dog is doing much better thanks to this second clinic!!

The Techs were very professional and caring is the only positive thing I have to say about this location of Florida Veterinary Referral Center!

Horrible experience . The doctor was incompetent and rude . She was worried only abt the money . She killed our cat for malpractice and negligence . I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy .
