Beautiful and extremely clean facility with friendly staff. We worked with Dr Sousa who was great in her exam and explanation of problems our horses were having along with proper treatment and plans on follow up’s.

Dr. John McCarroll and his state of the art clinic facilities and staff are 5 star. If he can not help your equine... whoa, you are in trouble. He is the best, most knowledgeable and has an innate ability to continue learning; using judiciously, advances in Equine Medicine. Stem cells as one example. 1989 - continuing onward ......

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
