Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. The next time my pet gets sick, there is no way I would ever bring them back to Burlington Emergency Veterinary Services again. I would never trust them to take care of my pet. I was so disappointed that they didn't even take the time to explain the risks or benefits of my pet's treatment. I was nervous about starting my pet's treatment, without knowing what to expect.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. While my pet and I were there, it seemed like they just rushed through the appointment, and didn’t take the time to thoroughly examine my pet. I was afraid they would miss something important. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
