I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. One of the vets was great.He really made my new puppy at least feel ok about being there, Michelle however was terrible. She walked in, never even looked at my puppy and was so disinterested I never went back and never will. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family.

I've been other vet clinics that left me unimpressed, but not here. AAH always goes the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I'm thrilled with how my appointment went. My pet was able to recover quickly under their care. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I will be recommending this clinic to everyone!
