They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They should have been more understanding.
