I brought my 15 Year old miniature dachshund in in the early hours of the morning because he was not able to walk or move without crying in pain. I was so worried it was going to be time to say goodbye to my sweet boy. The doctors were so compassionate. We started out trying conservative treatment and with a few pain medications my little buddy is back to running around happily. Thank you for giving us more time to enjoy together.

Best emergency hospital in the area! The staff is so caring and compassionate about their patients. I had my 5 year old lab mix who wasnt acting herself so I brought her straight in. As soon as I arrived everyone was so attentive and on board with making her comfortable before trying to figure out what was wrong with her. They put her in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber to help stabalize her and it did wonders! The staff and doctors were amazing and I was able to take my Misty home with me! Thannk you AERC!

Through the years I have had to make multiple trips to Animal Emergency & Referral Center for different doggies. The staff is exceptional and the facilities are state-of-the-art. Yes, they may be expensive but they are in line with other emergency pet clinics. You will receive an estimate of the expected work and, if your pet stays overnight, they don't mind your calls to check on your children.

If you need emergency pet care, don't hesitate to call or go there.

No one ever wants to end up in an emergency vet's office. But...if you have a furry family member, it's bound to happen.

This facility is nice. Nicer than some "people medicine" offices. There was no animal smell. The staff was friendly, worked quickly, and made me feel at ease in a stressful situation. I saw them interacting with people whose animals were in much worse shape than my kitty, and they were nothing but helpful and sympathetic.

If you are ever in need of emergency veterinary care, I would highly recommend this facility.

I highly recommend Animal Emergency and Referral Center, my only wish is that I would have come here first. Instead I had already wasted over $1,000, and spent almost 2 weeks taking my sick cat to one other animal hospital and to my regular vet's office twice before ending up here on Memorial Day.
They were wonderful. They performed surgery that night and cared for him the next day until I could get there after work. The return visits for the removal of his drainage tube and stitches were both covered under the original costs of the surgery.
The service they provide is amazing and very professional. Their costs are very reasonable. As a comparison I received the exact same medication from three different veterinary offices during my month of poor sick kitty fun. At the first animal hospital this medication cost $65, at my regular vet it was $26, and at Animal Emergency Center it was $36. I expect to pay more for emergency services but for the price at the first animal hospital was outrageous, and they really didn't do anything for poor kitty.
I hope to not need emergency animal care again anytime in the future, but if I do I will be going back to Animal Emergency and Referral Center!!

I brought my puppy here to see Dr Phillips for her knee. Dr Phillips explain the procedure in a way that a pet parent could understand . She used hyperbaric oxygen therapy which made her recovery much faster. I love the staff at animal emergency and my puppy get so excited to come visit .
