Warning, BUYER BEWARE.
We have taken our 4 cats to All Care Animal Hospital in Minneola Florida a few times however, after our appointment this past Saturday April 29th we will no longer take our fur babies to these vet doctors.
The young lady veterinarian that examined our female cat Regina for a skin irritation immediately suggested Gabapentin which I declined because the skin irritation isn't an anxiety issue and on a previous visit the vet had prescribed a cream to apply to the areas that did not work.
Once the vet heard that I wasn't going with the Gabapentin she abruptly walked out of the examination room and left me there.
This Animal Hospital is as unprofessional as it gets.
I called on Monday to speak to the office manager and never received a call back, so I called them again today to be left on hold for 25 minutes and finally the office manager came on the phone, she never apologized for the treatment that the vet exhibited and refused any refund for the poor communication skills and behavior of the vet and refused to make an adjustment to the bill.
These are just money hungry scumbags running this animal hospital and they need to find another profession.
Our previous vet with this animal hospital was Erica Irish and she was AWESOME but the vets running this place now are the worst of the worst and I will be telling everyone to stay FAR, FAR away from these scumbags.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC! They gouge you with their prices more than any vet I have ever encountered. $420 for anesthesia alone! $735 for a simple spay repair! The owner, Doctor McCain, is rude and unprofessional. She refused to return MULTIPLE calls from the client and the referring clinic, either because she is uncaring or too cowardly or both. Please take your precious pet somewhere else.
