Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their prices were pretty high, but you pay for what you get. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
