They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. The doctor was arrogant and acted rushed and put upon.

Another rude and arrogant doctor. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.
