Never have I met a Dr. So professional and friendly. You can tell that Dr. Catherine silver-riddell loves what she does . Which is refreshing .. She listens and makes notes and keeps track of progress and problem areas so that even when she sees plenty of other patients you get individualized care. She is very well experienced and with that sometimes you can get drs who are so outdated with the technology and advancements that have been made over the years. But she is very update .. And what more could you ask for when going through Cronic back pain or any pain . Her and her office staff our Friendly, professional ,well experienced yet not outdated. And in my book it just can't get better then that ..

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

It has been a super experience being treated by Dr. Silver-Riddell. My chief complaint was my neck. She has helped me to recover, be pain free, and have a full range of motion. I can be active, and am not concerned about injurying myself. After my first neck injury, I never really recovered. But, since I started seeing Dr. Silver-Riddell after my second neck injury, she has made the pain stop. She listens and gives me her time and attention. I highly recommend her. Additionally, her staff is wonderful. They do all they can to make sure I'm feeling better.
