Rudy Rupak is a scam artist and his Planet Hospital site is a scam as well.

This scumbag will promise the world and deliver nothing.

He robbed me of over twenty thousand dollars. I was given nothing for my money. This cretin promised me a full refund and now no longer takes my calls.

Stay away from this man and this scam site.

I was robbed by Rudy Rupak and Planet Hospital. I hope someone puts Rudy in jail for the rest of his life. He is a swindler and a con artist.

It is true that PlanetHospital no longer does business with the Kiran Clinic. The reason for this is that the owner Samit Sekhar was found to have been faking his credentials and since has lost his license for two years. PlanetHospital mad a mistake by unwittingly doing business with Samit and as soon as we found out that he was a fraud we immediately stopped business with him. Legitimate complaint sites are the Better Business Bureau and Trustlink. We also invite you to do a search and see that we have never had a lawsuit against us and if our company did some of the things this person alleges we would be behind bars.

Dear All PlanetHospital Surrogacy Clients,
We would like to inform you that Kiran Infertility Centre has decided to terminate its relationship with PlanetHospital and PlanetHospital has mutually agreed with this.
In this short period of two years PlanetHospital and Kiran Infertility Centre together were able to create new horizons in the field of International Surrogacy. This decision has been hard to take; the reason for the same was because of all the irregularities committed by Mr. Rudy Rupak Acharya during his time with PlanetHospital as CEO of PlanetHospital. He has committed acts to de-fame Kiran Infertility Centre by spreading wrong information, creating false web-sites and e-mail IDs of Kiran Infertility Centre and its associates and providing false information to clients.
We would like to reiterate here that PlanetHospital and Kiran Infertility Centre are two highly professional organizations and none of the people from either organization were aware of the irregularities being committed by Mr. Rudy Rupak Acharya. We understand the uncertainty, the problems and issues going through your minds in this period.
PlanetHospital apologizes for the wrongful acts and mis-deeds of Mr. Rudy Rupak Acharya committed during his management of PlanetHospital and are doing everything possible to bring him to Justice.
Further information about consequences and further course of action on a case-to-case basis will be communicated to you, as needed. Kiran Infertility Centre is taking all steps in the best interests of clients.
It has also been decided that Clients of PlanetHospital can opt to go direct with Kiran Infertility Centre and Planet Hospital agrees to terminate the contract with all such clients and will not have any objections, claims and issues with such arrangement.
