I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

No, it was expensive.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

I was in a car accident and was considering surgery. I ordered Dr. Rader’s video and after watching it, decided to visit the clinic and see if they could help me. I am so glad I did. I am healthy now. North Dallas Spine Center is amazing.
