Visited the first time after whiplash from an auto accident. Compassionate, gave me a thorough exam on first visit, and set up a clear therapy plan. Very attentive, and adapted therapies as needed. Very pleased with the results.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment.
