Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget, also with posted reminders and handouts. They are extremely reliable. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. The Wellness Plan, with unlimited visits for a set low price, fits hand-in-hand with their unequalled expertise and professional, yet kind, personable care. Highly recommend this extremely whole-man interested approach from a par-excellence practice and team.
