Not at all! I was in even more pain afterwards

Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. As long as there are no problems with your insurance paying, they are more than happy to do pointless and endless injections that you have had before and did not work. If there are any problems with your insurance, or if you have extenuating circumstances and need more time to pay, you are screwed. They will immediately refuse treatment and take you off of your meds.Most of the staff seems concerned, but there are some who are very rude and should not be working with people who are in pain.
