No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
