The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
