I can always get in touch with Dr. Essen. She makes herself available to her patients when they need her. I went to her with a shoulder problem that was not resolved with physical therapy. After a course of treatment, my shoulder has never bothered me again. I would recommend her to anyone who needs the services of a chiropractor. Dr. Essen is a caring, compassionate health provider. Anyone who is under her care is very fortunate to have her. She makes time for her patients when they need her. I always feel that my schedule is her schedule.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.
