I read an article in the newspaper about a technique that only three chiropractors are qualified to do which is active release technique which utilizes deep pressure applied to areas of chronic joint pain or trigger points while moving the affected area. This has helped with my immobility and pain tremendously. It is painful at first but lessens with treatment.
