I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort they make. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. When I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I went in for the Zerona Laser treatments (I saw it advertised by Dr. Prado in a local newspaper ad) which claimed that you will lose inches off of your waist, hips, butt, thighs or arms in just 6 treatments. I had 5 treatments done for my waist with no results! I eat healthy and workout and followed all the info. they gave me- this is a total rip off- lost out on close to $2000 for the 5 treatments. Run the other way and don't have a chiropractor do a procedure for fat removal.....warning- don't do it whatever they claim. Do your research and notice that Austin American Statesman states that Dr. Prado has been disciplined twice by the State Chiropractic Board.

Not only did I have no more pain after my treatment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. Before I could not walk in loose sand or on uneven ground. Now I have no balance problems and can walk on any surface. I've also had zero back pain since starting treatments. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly. They are professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Not at all. I had to drive for hours to get my X-Rays

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
