I hate to go to doctors, but since I could not take my pain anymore, I decided to check out this place. I saw some positive reviews online (different sites), and he was in my insurance network.

I was greeted by the front staff, told me what I need to do (paper work), and took me to doctor's room and showed me a video (helped me understand what chiropracting is, and how it would help me). Dr. Caz came in, and let me explain everything (did not interupt me). He asked me questions, and to find more details asked more questions (instead of just assuming stuff).

He explained to me how he would like to treat me, went over an estimated fees, and the discount my insurance would allow. After getting my permission, he proceeded to take xray (didnt know docs knew how to use that machine). He completed the treatment, and asked his assistant to continue with my physical therapy.

I followed up with him few days later. He did not tell me to get treated for any extra stuff that I did not require. I feel better now, and painless. I was provided with home exercises.

I wish my insurance allowed more discount, so that I could follow up as he recommended.
