The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
