Dr. Chi is an excellent and caring physician. He is kind and compassionate and truly listens to his patients. Dr. Chi is not greedy for money; his primary motivation is to ease the discomfort of his patients.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
