My opinion of the mental health profession took a nose dive after I spent a couple of months in therapy with Dr. Zlotowski. I found him to be rather unprofessional. He even took phone calls during my session. He has dozed off in the middle of one of my sessions. When he woke up, he went off on how I have an issue with my father. I was in therapy because of my job and not my father. His advice was sometimes questionable. He told me that Zoloft was making me hostile and discontinuing it would make me a better person. I went cold turkey, and it was a horrible experience. When I told my prescribing doctor what happened, she told me that abruptly stopping an anti-depressant is a bad idea and has been linked to suicides.
