If my previous provider Trish Sams or Paige was still there I would have given this a 5 star rating for all their help in focusing on my ADHD and providing me with medication that actually made me feel normal and focus on my work, but since they are gone and ended up with a provider named Amanda , I’m actually feeling like I’m in hell and every past 3 times going to my appointments my blood treasure rose so high they refused my meds then after that cut them in half!! I’ve been in my bed for 3 days with no medication because as soon as I walked tgrough those doors my blood pressure was out of control again and never had this happened like this before in my life and now I have no dr and I live all the wmyn Lancaster in need of help desperately bad.. I work at a hospital and can’t afford to lose my job then everything I have do to ADHD in which I’ve had all my life and not having my medicine is really taking a beating on me psychologically, physically and emotionally... this has really caused complete devistationShirley R.Nieto in my life and feeling like I’m going to have a complete nervous break down😞

Had 4 appointments, to be fair i had cancelled but rescheduled my appointments. On April 11,2017, i went in for a normal appointment to see NP and counselor. Becaue of my anxiety my daughter came with me. First thing is you walk up give them your name your id. Card an insurance. I knew i had a balance from an emergency visit that they gladly made for me. Apoke qith both receptionists about the bill explained thati spoke with billing, dis not want speak with her again b/c i knew i only owed $30 instead of $60. Handed them $60 cash for the visit of this day, and went to sit down, was asked about a receipt i said yes. On my way to being called by NP assistant i was handed my receipt, daughter by my side.
I see NP assistant tell her what is going on, go back and sit down get called back bt NP for medication treatment went through everything she sent me out nothing said. I go back sit down with daughter and a man calls my name, i thought i was seeing my counselor today? Are you her taking over for her today?
No my name is.....iam the CEO of the Worthington center it has come to my attention that you were seen an heard by witnesses that you were cuasing an yelling at one of my staff. I'm dumbfounded my daughter has been by my side the entire time who 19 , so she would have told him if anything was said right? My daughter says she has been with me the entire time topay her bill, see assistant, sit down ,see NP, sit down. Now you. What is this about? He statea he cannot say word for word but i was using inappropriate language, i explain i sit acrosee from this sign everytime i come in i know the rules.
He tells me i am no longer a patient and that he can refer me to another facility.again dumbfounded i opened the door asked receptionist to cancel my counseling appointment an leave in tears. Just for a heads up i am being treated for SUICIDAL THOUGHTS, TENDENCIES

Ok now im out in the parking lot with my daughter cannot caught my breath im crying upset, call husband to get advice. I have valmed myself enough to now maybe walk back in an find out what has happened within a 45 min period of being let go.
I ask to speak with CEO and the person who turned me in PLEASE?
The NP calls for me ,my daughter behind me she takes me in a room holds the door closed with my daughter on outside, btw "i have a a fear of small spaces" i am then told that i cannot keep xoming back in and out as i please, that the CEO has the final decision, i try to explain i have done nothing wrong,if i did will you please tell me, im told it doesn't matter she believes her staff over me, im to LEAVE THE PREMISES OR THE SHERIFF WILL BE CALLED AND ESCORT ME OFF. NOW LEAVE YOUR CASE IS CLOAED AND YOUR NO LONGET5A PATIENT IN OUR FACILITY.

WTF JUST HAPPENED? NO WILL TELL me. I guess it all happened when i first signed in an paid to be seen, so if i hurt someones feeling 45 minutes earlier why am i hearing about it now and getting prescription, being asked to take a urine test? Which were both ripped up by NP in her office before anything had been said. Im confused and really not sure who to contact about this. Do i not have rights to?

If I could give negative stars I would. The staff is very rude. I was taking my daughter there for her ADD and the only doctor that treats it leaves at 2 pm. Very inconvenient because my daughter is in school till 3 pm, I don't think its fair to take my daughter out of school for every appointment.
