Our meeting with a therapist there in Willow Street was a total waste of time and money; he never asked what the issues were and wasted our time giving us his life history. His only recommendation was to "go out to together and eat", but with Covid-19 around, his only recommendation was totally useless. Another therapist there gave us a poor recommendation based solely on the other persons input; she had never spoken to us at all; which we felt was totally unfair and biased. Voiced our complaints to management which was also a waste of time.
