I have been trying to get taken care of and make an appointment since monday. Today is now friday. Monday Am left a message, Monday afternoon I called and the lady said she had other tasks and would call me back. No call back. Tuesday- no call so I tried again and the internet was having issues and was told i would get a call back for scheduling. No call again. Thursday no call. Today I called again and left a message. This office came highly recommended by our PCP and I am guessing they need new ADMIN per the other reviews as well..

. They made sure every single question I had was thoroughly answered, and made it clear that they were available if I think of any more questions I needed answered. They were friendly and made me feel at home. The staff always treats me well. They make me feel like they're really glad I'm there.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe
