Faith got me through some of the worst times in my life. She’s a brilliant therapist.

Faith is always able to answer simple questions over the phone. She only has me schedule appointments if necessary. The only drawback is that since she doesn't accept insurance, appointments are expensive. And now that my deductible is increasing so much and will exclude non-participating providers I will have to stop seeing her.

She's a great therapist though and she always remembers my circumstances and is able to relate to my new information easily, which is what I will miss. She is one of the most reliable psychologists I've ever been to.
She never cancels my appointments and always make sure they are available when they say they will be. She has never been late to any of my appointments.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
