My experience in this facility was excellent. The receptionist was polite and professional. My psychiatrist was attentive and caring. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their services

This place is a JOKE!!!! If you could rank negative stars this would be the one. Stay Away! My wife lost her father and all she needed or wanted was someone, a professional to talk to. After we called 25 times leaving messages for 2 weeks we got one response. A rude, disrespectful jerk of a receptionist that just should have stayed home!!! It's the classic..... well if your so miserable in your job, then get a NEW ONE and dont ruin peoples day that are already in need of help. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere , but here! Because after you leave countless messages when they finally call you back you will wish they never did at all!!!

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
