The Beaumont location is top of the line.Employees really at least appear to stay busy trying to help people.The one in Orange after 9am is packed when the do call you back they don't even come out of the office just quickly mumble your name and if you didn't hear oh well make another appointment.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
